摘要
目的:观察鼻底提升与种植体同期植入后的临床效果。方法:鼻底提升与种植体同期植入后,观察鼻前庭的反应、种植体周新骨的形成。结果:患者鼻音没有改变、鼻前庭无不适反应、种植体周新骨形成良好。结论:鼻底提升与种植体同期植入对于Ⅵ类缺失且伴有严重骨量不足的患者可能是一种可行的临床修复方式。
Objective： To observe the clinical effect of implant placement simultaneous nasal floor elevation. Methods： To observe the respond of nasal vestibular.new bone around implant after implant placement simultaneous nasal floor elevation. Results： It showed well new osseointegration around implants and there were no clinical complaintsof the nasal sinus after nasal floor elevation. Conclusion： The data suggests the implant placement simultaneous nose floor elevation be a better way to restore the type of KennedyVtImperfection with not enough bone.
