摘要
歇后语是汉语所特有的一种语体,其独特的结构形式和丰厚的文化底蕴,对译者构成了极大的挑战。该文借助接受美学中提出的“期待视野”、“水平接受”和“垂直接受”等概念,对歇后语翻译中存在的种种翻译策略和翻译技巧进行了描述。
Chinese two-part allegorical sayings belong to an important branch of Chinese idioms. As a special linguistic style in Chinese, its specific structure and rich culture constitute a big challenge to translators. Based on the concepts by Reception Aesthetics such as ＂horizon of expectation＂ ,＂horizontal reception＂ and ＂vertical reception＂, the author attempts to objectively conduct a descriptive study of translation strategies and translation methods involved in translating the Chinese two-part allegorical sayings.
