Using Friction Welding to Welding to Weld Bulk Amorphous Alloy

摘要 采用传统摩擦焊焊接具有良好非晶形成能力的Zr_(65)Cu_(12.5)Al_(7.5)Ni_(15)(at%)块体非晶合金。微区X射线衍射结果显示,整个焊接接头保持了非晶特性,无晶化反应发生。本文就摩擦焊成功焊接块体非晶合金Zr_(65)Cu_(12.5)Al_(7.5)Ni_(15)的原因进行了分析。 Using a conventional friction welding method, we have welded two rod samples of the Zr65Cu12.5Al7.5Ni15 (at%) bulk amorphous alloy with excellent alloy forming ability. The joint was examined with micro-focused X-ray diffraction. The results indicated that the joint kept amorphous and the crystallization reaction did not happen. The reason for successful joining the bulk amorphous alloy was analysed.
