总结了中国热带科学院香料饮料研究所香草兰的产品加工技术、产品标准及香草兰风味茶系列产品开发等配套技术的研究成果及制定的《香荚兰》农业行业标准。
Necessary techniques for commercial development of Vanilla such as product processing, product standardization, development of vanilla-based tea series, and the like as well as formulation of agricultural professional standards for Vanilla were reviewed herein.
