摘要
天然气的管道运输具有天然垄断、高投入、成本随距离递增、市场可细分等特点,这些特点影响了管道运输定价的选择.本文在分析管道运输特点的基础上,首次提出二次分配复两部制理论.并对二次分配复两部制理论基础进行了分析,对固定费用的形成进行了详细的探讨,并在天然气管道运输定价中进行模拟运用,得到满意的结果.
The characters of natural gas decide the way of pipeline transportation, which has the traits of natural monopolization, high input of capital, cost increasing with distance, market segmentation, act. These traits influence the choice of pricing of pipeline transportation. On the basis of analyzing the traits of pipeline transportation, this paper proposed the theory of twice allocation＇s duplicate two part system first. This paper made a deep analysis on the theory of twice allocation＇ s duplicate two part system, discussed the form of fixed cost at length, simulated it in the pricing of natural gas pipeline transoortation, and then got a satisfactory result.
