摘要
本文研究了钴(Ⅱ)催化过氧化氢氧化苯基荧光酮的褪色反应,测定了反应级数和表观活化能,建立了测定痕量地的新方法。25℃时本法检出限为29×10-13g/ml,线性范围为0.04~2ng/10ml,催化反应表观活化能为56.15KJ/mol。该方法己用于维生素B12、人发和茶叶中痕量钴的测定.结果满意,相对标准偏差为2.4~3.4%。
A new catalytic kinetic spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace cobalt(Ⅱ) based on catalytic effect of Co (Ⅱ ) on the decolorizing reaction resulted from the oxidation of phenylfluorone with hydrogen peroxide.The order of the reaction and the apparent activation energy have been determined.At 25℃,the detection limit is 2.9×10-13g/ml,the linear range 0.04~2ng/10ml and the apparent activation energy of catalytic reaction is 56.15KJ/mol.The method has been applied to the determination of trace cobalt in vitamin B12.human hair and to with satisfactory results and the relative standard deviation is 2.4~3.4 %.
