造影剂肾病的防治进展 被引量：15

摘要 造影剂肾病（Contrast—induced nephropathy，CIN）的发病率逐年攀升，已经成为医源性急性肾功能衰竭的重要原因之一。因此，CIN近年来备受关注。关于CIN的研究工作，目前主要集中在危险因素、发病机制及防治措施等方面，其防治主要集中于水化疗法、N-乙酰半胱氨酸、钙离子拮抗剂以及干预肾小管上皮细胞凋亡等防治措施的研究。本文将就近年来CIN的防治进展作一综述。
