摘要 微波功率管的输出功率在工作频带内存在一定的起伏,导致下一级功率管欠激励或过激励工作,加入级间功率均衡器设计,改善功率组件平坦度和稳定性。根据原理,设计吸收式微带功率均衡器,利用微波仿真软件Microwave Office构建电路模型,进行仿真设计,软件优化的具体步骤,注意事项,总结设计经验,最后设计出实物,得到所需均衡曲线。 In the frequency band,the output power of microwave power transistor isn't flat,that the next power transistors work bad. The power equalizer is used in the power module and improves the flatness and stability. Designing the absorbency equalizer, built model and optimized by Microwave Office. Optimizing steps, experience and methods are presented. The equalizer and the curve are got in the end.
