摘要
高新技术产业不仅其自身对经济发展具有重要的推动作用,它还能够带动传统产业的发展,并使传统产业得到改造和升级。应用协同学理论并结合耗散结构理论,分析了高新技术产业和传统产业协同发展机理,并将其应用于东北老工业基地振兴,提出了促进和保障东北老工业基地高新技术产业和传统产业协同发展的机制。
High-tech industry possesses the function to promote economic development by itself, meanwhile, can lead the development of traditional industry, rebuild and upgrade traditional industry as well. By applying the theories of synergetics and dissipative structure, this paper analyzes the synergistic development mechanism of high-tech industry and traditional industry, applies it to the renaissance of Northeast old industrial base, then puts forward a mechanism to promote and ensure synergistic development of high-tech industry and traditional industry of Northeast old industrial base.
