摘要
目的 探讨电话随访对早孕药物流产出院患者的遵医行为及疗效的影响。方法 将我院妇科早孕药物流产出院患者196例随机分为A组96例，B组100例。A组给予常规的出院指导，B组在此基础上加用电话随访。结果 B组患者遵医行为及掌握健康知识情况明显好于A组（P〈0.05），差异有统计学意义。结论 电话随访有助于强化患者的遵医行为，利于患者掌握健康知识，减少药物流产并发症。
Objective Discuss the medical -obeyed behavior and the curauve effect of medicine miscarriage patients because of preganancy in advance after leaving the hospital through the telephone mahing a fol- low - up visit. Methods The 196 medicine miscarriage patients due to preganancy in advance in my hospital gynecology were divided stochastically into A group of 96 persons and B group of 100 persons when they leaved hospital. Group A was given ordinarily healthy instruction. Group B used the telephone service besides instrution. Results In group B The states the patients＂medical behavior and grasp of healthy knowledge were obviously better than that in group A. The differentces （ P 〈 0.05 ） were statistical. Conclusion The telephone follow - up can help patients to enhance the medical - obeyed behaviot and master healthy knowledge, also can reduce complications due to the medicine miscarriage.
