摘要
大麻籽油和甲醇经NaOH催化合成生物柴油,考察了醇油比、反应温度、催化剂用量和反应时间对酯交换反应的影响。采用变色酸比色法测定反应液中的甲醇转化率,采用色质联用、凝胶渗透色谱和红外光谱测试技术对大麻籽油酯交换产物进行分析。结果表明,提高反应温度和增大催化剂用量有利于酯交换反应的发生。甲醇的转化率随反应时间的延长呈现先增大后减小的趋势。随着醇油摩尔比的增加,甲酯生成率增大,而甲醇的转化率减小。凝胶渗透色谱分析表明。
Biodiesel was prepared via the transesterification of hempseed oil with methanol in the presence of NaOH as catalyst. Effects of molar ratio of methanol to oil, catalyst amount, reaction time and temperature on the transesterification were investigated. The conversion of methanol was determinated by chromotropic acid colorimetry, and the products were analyzed by gel permeation chromatography, infrared spectroscopy and GC/MC. The experimental results show that both raising reaction temperature and increasing catalyst amount were advantageous to the transesterification. The conversion of methanol increased to the maximum and then decreased with the elongation reaction time. With increasing the molar ratio of methanol to oil, the yield of methyl esters increased, but the conversion of methanol decreased. Gel permeation chromatography analysis showed that it could convert hempseed oil to methyl esters completely by doing the transesterification twice.
