摘要
为解决关中地区中小企业RP&M技术应用问题,通过快速成形网络化服务平台,将分散在不同地域的快速成形服务企业的制造设备和技术资源有机地整合在一起,动态优化制造资源,实现基于Internet的异地协同新产品快速开发,并以摩托车新产品开发为案例详细阐述了快速成形网络化服务平台的工作模式和流程。应用案例表明,该平台对中小企业加速新产品的开发,提高快速响应市场的能力有着重要作用。
To facilitate the application of rapid prototype and manufacture （RP＆M） technology for generic enterprise, based on the network service platform, the solution of rapid new product development supported distributed and collaborative design was introduced. The service platform can organize and dynamic optimize the distributed manufacturing equipment and technologic resource of RP＆M. An example of motorcycle development using the RP＆M network service platform was expatiated. The example testified the platform is useful of accelerating the development cycle and promoting the quick response ability of generic enterprise.
