摘要
对现有城市轨道交通规划评价指标进行分析,指出存在的不足,运用层次分析法的原理将城市轨道交通规划综合评价指标体系分为5个准则层,即技术能力评价、经济效益评价、工程建设评价、社会效益评价和环境影响评价,并确定各准则层的评价指标和指标隶属度。通过建立模糊综合评价模型,对每个评价指标进行单因素评价,然后进行第二级模糊评价,最终得到总评价矩阵。
The essay analyzes the existing evaluation indexes of urban transit planning and meanwhile points out its deficiencies. By means of the AHP theory, the essay divides the comprehensive evaluation indexes of urban transit planning into five categories, respectively including the evaluation on technique, economic benefit, engineering construction, social benefit and environmental influence, and finally, confirms the evaluation index and index subjection degree of eachof the five categories, At thesame time, a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is established to evaluate single factor of each index and then carry out the second-level fuzzy evaluation. Finally the general evaluation matrix is obtained.
