摘要
用固体超强酸SO42-/TiO2-SiO2作催化剂,以尿素和乙二醛为原料合成尿囊素。得到了最佳条件为n(乙二醛)∶n(尿素)=1∶3.5,催化剂占总质量的3%,回流反应液温度为80℃,收率达65.4%。催化剂可重复使用,且对环境无污染。
The allantoin is synthesized from the carhamide and ethylal aldehydic acid using the solid-superacid SO4^2-/TiO2-SiO2 as the catalyst. The results show that the yield of allantoin can he up to 65.4% when the molar ratio of n(ethylal aldehydic acid) : n(carhamide) is 1 : 3.5, the amount of catalyst 3(wt)%, and the reaction temperature at 353 K. The catalyst can he used cyclely,and it doesn't pollute the environment.
