高大建筑物岩溶地基工程地质特征及环境效应——以广东南海民企大厦为例 被引量:5

摘要 城市高大建筑物的修建有时不可避免地遇到隐伏岩溶地基问题。实践证明,仅以少数钻孔岩芯的抗压强度作为地基承载力的评价依据可能导致严重的工程失误。真正影响地基强度和稳定性的因素是埋藏岩溶面形成的各种临空面、岩体中的溶洞、溶隙、溶蚀带以及基坑开挖过程中抽排水引起的各种城市环境效应。岩溶地基工程地质勘察与评价工作,必须在岩溶专家指导下综合应用物探、钻探、水文地质试验、示踪等技术进行综合研究,为设计提供包括环境效应评价在内的各种依据。岩溶地基处理工作必须把加固、防水。 Hidden karst foundation is unaviodably encountered during the construction of urban highrise building. It is proved practically that taking compressive strength of rock cores from a few of boreholes as foundation bearing capacity for evaluation may result in serious engineering failure. The factors affecting foundation strength and stability are as follows, various freeing surfaces attributed to hidden karst surface, solutional opening, fissure and zone in rockmass as well as different urban environmental effects due to puping and drainage in the course of pit excavation. Karst foundation engineering investigation and assessment should be made in integrated approach by use of geophysical prospecting, boring, hydrogeological testing and tracing guided by karst experts so as to offer information including environment for projecting. Reinforcement,water proofing and environment protection should be made during karst foundation treatment.
