摘要
介绍了使用蓝光LED芯片加上YAG荧光粉材料,利用混合相加原理,得到白光,而白光性能的好坏决定于荧光粉层的厚度和均匀性。实验中,根据不同的生产工艺(主要是荧光粉涂敷的不同)生产了六类白光LED。从同一个样品不同方向的色坐标来分析荧光粉的均匀性,最后从工艺的角度来分析,确定结构三为最佳的荧光粉涂敷方法。
This paper introduces the way of using the blue light LED and YAG fluorescent material to get white light by addible principle. The performance of the white light is determined by the thickness and symmetry of the fluorescent. In the experiment, according to different manufacture technology( mostly different in fluorescein spreading), six different white light LEDs are manufactured. By analyzing the color coordinate of each sample in different direction, the symmetry of fluorescein spreading can be analyzed. In the end, from an manufacturing perspective, structure three is determined to be the best fluorescein spreading method.
