摘要 目的:就支链氨基酸和谷氨酰胺的合成及代谢、对运动的影响及其补充氨基酸对延缓疲劳发生和促进疲劳恢复方面做一综述。资料来源:应用计算机检索Medline 1991-01/2005-12关于氨基酸的文章。检索词“amino acids,sports fatigue”并限定文章的语言种类为English。同时利用计算机检索中国期刊全文数据库1991-01/2005-12的相关文章,限定文章语言种类为中文,检索词“氨基酸”。资料选择:对资料进行初审,纳入标准:关于氨基酸的合成及代谢功能、与运动性疲劳的关系以及补充氨基酸的意义。排除标准:重复性研究。资料提炼:共收集到符合上述要求的文献42篇,排除18篇重复性研究。24篇符合纳入标准:其中14篇关于氨基酸和运动能力的理论研究,10篇关于氨基酸与运动性疲劳的关系研究。资料综合:氨基酸在运动过程中提供的能量很少,但与运动能力有密切的关系。在运动中,氨基酸担负着重要的功能,同样运动对其代谢也有很大的影响。在运动性疲劳方面,支链氨基酸(亮氨酸、异亮氨酸与缬氨酸)作为人体必需氨基酸,不仅是合成机体蛋白质的原料,而且具有特殊生理、生物学功能。结论:谷氨酰胺是一种具有广泛作用的条件必须氨基酸。在运动期间及时补充谷氨酰胺,对于维持和提高运动能力具有积极作用。 OBJECTIVE: To summarize the synthesis and metabolism of branched chain amino acid and valley ammonia amide, the influence upon sport, and the effect of supplement of amino acid on delaying fatigue and promoting fatigue recovery. DATA SOURCES: A computer-based online search of Medline was undertaken to identify articles about amino acid published in English between January 1991 and December 2005 with the key words of "Amino Acids, sports fatigue". Meanwhile, we searched the China Periodical Full-text Database for related articles published in Chinese between January 1991 and December 2005 with the key word of "amino acid" in Chinese. STUDY SELECTION: The data was selected firstly. Inclusive criteria: Articles.about synthesis and metabolism function of amino acid, and relation with sport fatigue as wall as significance to supply amino acid. Exclusive criteria: Duplicated research. DATA EXTRACTION: Altogethes 42 literatures ware collected, and 18 duplicated researches ware excluded. Twentyfour articles met the inclusive criteria including 14 about fundamental research on amino acid and movement ability, and 10 about relation between amino apid and sport fatigue. DATA SYNTHESIS: Amino acid only provides a little energy in the rate process, but it has close relationship with the movement ability. In the movement, amino acid presents important function; similarly, movement has tremendous influence to its metabolism, in the sport fatigue, the branched chain amino acid (leucine, isoleucine and amino-isovaleric acid) as the essential amino acids in human body, is not only the raw material to synthesize the organism protein, but also has special physiological and biological functions. CONCLUSION: Valley ammonia amide, a kind of essential amino acids, has widespread functions. During exercise, promptly supplement of valley ammonia amide plays a positive role in maintaining and sharpening the moVement ability.
