摘要
在青岛石油化工有限责任公司250 kt/a的半再生催化重整装置上进行了降低操作压力对产品分布和产品性质影响的试验研究。研究结果表明,降压后与降压前相比,重整稳定汽油收率、重整液体收率都有明显提高。反应压力每降低0.1 MPa,稳定汽油收率平均提高1.14个百分点。降压操作对重整产氢产率和催化剂的生焦影响不大。
The effect of decompression on product distribution and product property in a 250 kt/a semi-regeneration reformer was studied. The results showed that the stabilized gasoline yield and the reformate yield were increased obviously. The stabilized gasoline yield increased 1. 14 percentage points with a decompression of 0.1 MPa. The influences of decompression on hydrogen production and coke deposition on catalyst were small.
