摘要
过氧化氢酶是一类广泛存在于动物、植物和微生物体内的末端氧化酶,其功能是催化细胞内过氧化氢分解。本研究以猪血为原料,采用sephadexG-100层析和PEG-6000分子筛层析法纯化了过氧化氢酶。在pH7.4粗酶液的酶活最大。20～40℃范围内酶的活力最大。不同金属离子对过氧化氢酶活性有不同的影响。
As one kind ofoxidases, catalases can be found in almost all animals, plants and microorganisms. Catalases can catalyse the decomposition of the cellular hydrogen-peroxide and thus protect membrane lipid against peroxidation. A catalase from pig blood has been purified by the use of sephadex G- 100 and PEG-6000 chromatography. It has biggest activity at pH7.4, and 20～40℃, There were different effection for different metal ions.
