摘要
本文对喷雾干燥法制备的W25Re合金粉末特性对加工性能的影响进行了研究,结果表明,粉末的粒度、粒度分布对W25Re合金的加工性能有重要影响,在其它条件一定时,还原粉末的性能主要由喷雾混合盐粉性能所控制,通过控制混合溶液浓度(300-350g/L)可以获得加工性能优良的W25Re合金粉末(平均粒度3.79-4.34μm)。
In this paper the effect of the properties of the W25Re alloy powder prepared by sparying dry method on the workability was investigated.It was indicated that the powder particle size and the particle size distribution had a significant effect on the workability of the W25Re alloy.When other parameters were definite,the properties of the reduced powder were primarily controlled by the properties of the mixed salt powders prepared by sparying dry method.W25Re alloy powder(average particle size 3.79~4.34μm) with good workability could be obtained by the control of the concentration of the mixed solution (300~350 g/L).
