摘要
目前以失重法为基础评价气相缓蚀剂缓蚀性能的标准有很多,但随着各种新型气相缓蚀剂的出现,原有评价方法需要进一步完善。本文介绍了近几年国内外利用失重法测定气相缓蚀剂缓蚀效果的改进和发展,阐述了预膜和预挥发、温度、挂片位置及实验方法对失重法测定的影响,从而对标准改进提出了具体的要求和方向。
The modification and development of mass - loss method in the world in recent years was introduced. The influence of experimental condition including pre-film, pre - volatilization, temperature, position of suspension, and test method improvement was expatiated. Some suggestions were put forward on the modification direction and requirements of the standard.
