摘要
丙交酯作为合成聚乳酸的重要中间体,它的制备是影响开环聚合高分子量PLA的关键因素。反应时间和反应温度是制备丙交酯的两个重要的工艺参数,直接影响丙交酯的产率。本文着重就反应时间对丙交酯产率的影响进行了初步研究,并提出了一种制备丙交酯的优化工艺。
As an indispensable material to synthesize poly(lactide) , the technology of preparing lactide affects the quality and price of PLA. The reactive time and reactive temperature are two important parameters for yield of lactide. In this article, the reactive time for synthesizing lactide was discussed with D,L-Lactic acid as raw material and ZnO as the catalyst, a kind of optimum technique was as follows:the de-water remains lh, which the temperature is 75 ℃-80℃, the pressure is -0. 095 MPa. Then ZnO is catalyst, which dosage is 1%, dehydration remains 5 h under 120 ℃-125℃. Finally lactide was synthesized by depolymerization of oligomers under 170 ℃-225℃ and higher vacuum -0. 1 MPa , and yield of lactide is beyond 75%.
