摘要
固体脂质纳米粒是一种新型的纳米给药系统。本文综述了固体脂质纳米粒作为药物载体的研究进展,包括固体脂质纳米粒的组分选择、制备方法、表面修饰,并且对物化性质分析、给药途径以及载药和释放进行了讨论。
Solid lipid nanoparticle is a development of solid lipid nanoparticle as drug as well as its physico-chemical characteristics, new drug delivery system of nano-range. This paper reviews research cartier, including its components, preparation and surfacial modification, drug incorporation and drug release.
