摘要
以1,6-己二胺与生物发酵法得到的十二碳二元酸为原料经过中和成盐、聚合两个步骤合成了尼龙612。对合成的中间和终端产品的结构用红外光谱及核磁共振氢谱(^1H—NMR)进行了确认。测定了尼龙612的物理机械性能和相对黏度,结果表明所合成的产物为性能优良的工程塑料。
Nylon 612 was synthesizedfrom dodeeanedioie acid and 1, 6-hexanediamine by means of salt-formarion from neutralization and polymerization. The synthesized intermediate product and end-product were characterized by means of IR and ^1H-NMR. The physical mechanical properties and relative viscosity of the prepared nylon 612 were also determined. The result showed nylon 612 was a very good engineering plastics.
