摘要
目的观察蜂贝化瘀方对糖尿病肾病（DN）患者尿白蛋白排泄率（UAER）的影响。方法选择72例Ⅲ～Ⅳ期DN患者并随机分为两组（每组各36例），治疗组在常规降糖、降压药治疗上加用蜂贝化瘀方，每日1剂，连用8周。观察治疗前后D—D聚体、糖化血红蛋白（HbAlc）、肾功能[包括血尿素氮（BUN）、血肌酐（SCr）]、血脂[包括总胆固醇（TC）、甘油三酯（TG）]水平的变化。结果治疗组治疗后UAER、D—D聚体、HbAlc、血脂比治疗前均明显下降（P〈0．05），并且与对照组比较有显著性差异（P〈0．05）；两组治疗前后肾功能比较差异无显著性。结论蜂贝化瘀方可明显减少DN患者的UAER，且降低血糖、血脂的作用明显。
Objective To study the effects of Fengbei Huayu recipe（FHR）on urinary albumin excretion rate（UAER）in patients with diabetic nephropathy（DN）. Methods Seventy. two type 2 DN patients in Ⅲ or Ⅳ stage were randomly divided into two groups, 36 in each group. All patients were treated with conventional hypoglycemic agents and hypotensor, but those in the treated group were given additionally with FHR twice a day for 8 successive weeks. The changes of UAER, D-polymer, glycosylate hemoglobin（HbAl c）, renal function indexes, including blood urea nitrogen（BUN）and serum creatinine（SCr）, and blood Iipids, including total cholesterol（TC）and triglyceride（TG）in the two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results The levels Of UAER,D--polymer,HbAI c,TC and TG were significantly decreased after treatment in the treat, d group（ P〈0. 05） ,and the improvement were superior to those in the controlgroup（ P〈0. 05）respectively. But the difference of renal function before and after treatment showed no significance in both groups. Conclusion FHR could not only obviously decrease the level of UAER,but also decrease the levels of blood gIucose and blood-lipids in patients with DN.
