摘要
首次提出了氧化钨样品中黄钨、蓝钨、紫钨状态分析的新方法,介绍了X射线衍射定量相分析方法的理论、实验条件及其计算公式;还讨论了三种物相的晶体结构及其测量晶面的选择。
A new state analysis method of yellow tungsten, blue tungsten and violet tungsten in oxidation tungsten sample is published. The theory and test condition and calculate of formula of method of x-ray diffraction quantitative phase analysis have been introduced Choiced of measurement crystal face and crystal structure of three phases discussed.
