摘要
目的：探求药物的溶出规律。方法：介绍了采用Ｗｅｉｂｕｌ模型（Ｙ＝１－ｅ－（ｔ－τ）ｍ／ｔ０）处理药物溶出度数据的计算机求解原理和方法。结果：与目前所采用的简化的Ｗｅｉｂｕｌ模型（Ｙ＝１－ｅ－ｔｍ／ｔ０）处理药物溶出度数据比较，其准确性将有很大提高。
OBJECTIVE:Tostudythelawofdrugdissolutionrate.METHOD:Theprinciplesandmethodofres-olutionwithcomputeranalysingforthetreatmentofthedataondrugdissolutionrateinuseofWeibul'smodel(Y=1-e-(t-τ)m/t0)werepresented.RESULTS:TheaccuracyofthetreateddataondrugdissolutionrateincreasedtremendouslywhencomparedwiththattreatedwiththesimplifiedWeibul'smodel(Y=1-e-tm/t0).CONCLU-SION:ThemethodisbeterthanthesimplifiedWeibul'smodel.
