摘要
介绍了模锻生产穿孔顶头的工艺及顶头形状的设计。顶头形状及其制作质量直接影响钢管的质量。模锻生产的顶头用锻冲直接成型，不需切削，金属消耗低，成材率高；顶头表面氧化膜致密，不需热处理，使用寿命长。
The article introduces the die-forging process for and the profile design of the piercing plug.Both the profile and manufacture quality of the plug are in direct connection with tube quality.With die forging process,the plug is formed directly by means of forging-drawing operation,requiring no machining which means low metal loss and high yield.Moreover,the plug made with the said process posseses compact surface oxide film,needing no heat treatment and having a long service life.
