摘要
调查研究了不同时期鲅鱼圈水域海产品中有机氯农药污染状况,残留农药经提取后,用气相色谱-电子捕获检测器检测,结果表明,在不同时期分析中海螺体内均检出α-六六六和γ-六六六,总含量分别为0.63ng/g和0.51ng/g,并且在4月份采集的海螺体内α-六六六和γ-六六六残留量高于十月份采集的海螺样品。但在香螺体内中均未检出六六六农药。海螺的平均回收率在78.9%~88.7%之间,变异系数在3%~8%之间;香螺的平均回收率在76.7%~88.2%之间,变异系数在4%~7%之间,表明鲅鱼圈水域污染程度不十分严重。
Shellfish samples were collected from the coastal cultivating areas of Bayuquan, China and analyzed for hexachlorocyclohexanes (HCHs) by Gas Chromatography with electron capture detector (ECD). The results showed that the concentrations of HCHs pollutants in shellfish samples varied with the season of collection and organism species, Concentration ranges of HCHs in Rapa. naveosa were 0. 63 and 0.51 ng/g dry wt in April and October, and not detected in Lunatiagilva with the varied season, respectively. The recoveries in Rapa. naveosa were among 78.9 and 88. 7% with relative C. V among 3 and 8%, and the recoveries in Lunatiagilva were among 76.7 and 88. 2% with relative C. V among 4 and 7%, respectively. All the results indicated that pollution of sea was not very serious in the coastal cultivating areas of Bayuquan.
