摘要
20世纪80年代以来,伴随着中国城市化进程的加快,越来越多的农村剩余劳动力流入城市。由此而产生的进城务工就业农民子女教育公平问题已成为中国社会转型期的一个独特的社会问题,引起了社会的广泛关注。本文基于对湖北、河南等省市进城务工就业农民子女上学问题的专门调查,并结合全国其他省市的调查研究,从制度层面就农民工子女的教育公平问题及其原因进行分析,并在此基础上提出进一步调整和改革现行体制和制度的对策思路。
With more population migrating from Chinese country to the city since 1980s, the educational issues regarding their children start to emerge as a special social matter, thus attracting the extensive attention. This paper describes an investigation over the concerned issues in Hubei and Henan provinces, in addition to certain strategies to the equal opportunity for the children of the rural workers in Chinese cities.
