摘要
对煤矸石热活化及在不同条件下影响其活性的因素进行了系统的实验研究.考察了煅烧温度、粒径形态、停留时间、冷却方式等因素对煤矸石活化的影响.并采用X射线衍射(XRD)、差热(DTA)、红外(FTIR)、电感耦合等离子原子发射光谱仪(ICP-AES)等分析方法深入地了解煤矸石的活化情况.结果表明,煤矸石热活化不仅与关键因素煅烧温度有关,还受到原矿特性、粒径形态、停留时间、冷却方式等因素的显著影响.
This paper carries out a systematic pilot study on the process of the thermal activation of coal-gangue and its influential factors under different conditions, reviewing the effects of such factors as calcining temperature, particle diameter form, detention time and cooling mode have on the activation of coal-gangue. The paper adopts analyzing methods as X-ray diffraction (XRD) ,differential thermal analysis(DTA),fourier transform infrared spectrometer (FTIR), and inductive coupled plasma-atomic emission spectroscopy(ICP-AES),giving a deep insight into the activation of coal-gangue. The results show that the thermal activation of coal-gangue is not only affected by its key factor-calcining temperature, but also notably affected by raw coal-gangue character, particle diameter form, detention time and cooling mode and so on.
