摘要
越来越多的研究证实，免疫因素参与了糖尿病神经病变，尤其是糖尿病腰骶神经根病、单神经病和远端对称性多神经病的发病过程。该文对糖尿病神经病变可能涉及的免疫因素进行了综述。
There has been increasing support for the contribution of immunologic mechanisms in the pathogenesis of diabetic neuropathy, especially in diabetic patients with severe lumbosacral radiculoplexus neuropathy, mononeuropathy and distal symmetric polyneuropathy （DSPN）. This article discusses the possible immunologic mechanisms involving in the pathogenesis of diabetic neuropathy.
