摘要
对中药掺杂化学药物问题的严重性、演变趋势、分析检测方法及其对策进行了综述,重点分析了此类对象的基于色谱、光谱及其他分析技术的特点。基于色谱的掺杂分析方法作为此类问题的主流分析方法,具有直观、能对掺杂化学药物进行结构确证、灵敏度较高等优点,但在快速、简便等多个指标上相对有所欠缺;基于光谱的掺杂分析方法的优缺点正与色谱方法相反,但高通量的特点尤其适合于基层打假一线对大批量样品普筛的要求;而免疫芯片等其他方法的适用性还有待扩展。作者最后对发展各种掺杂分析技术、药品监督管理的举措等提出了设想和建议。
The severity, the analysis of and the countermeasures against traditional Chinese medicines adulterated by synthetic drugs were reviewed. Importance has been attached to the introduction of the characteristics of the analytical methods based upon chromatography, spectroscopy and other techniques. As the mainstream methods of these analytes, chromatography-based methods are straightforward, sensitive and able to provide structural information, though they run short of speed and convenience. The advantages and disadvantages of the spectroscopy-based methods are exactly the other way round, making them suitable for high throughput screening of vast amount of samples. Some proposals on the development of analytical techniques and countermeasures against the phenomenon were also offered.
