摘要
本文探讨了企业战略联盟的涵义及特点,分析了造纸企业组建战略联盟所具备的基本条件以及组建企业战略联盟的原因和几种主要形式,指出了组建造纸企业战略联盟对我国造纸产业的影响,并提出了组建企业战略联盟值得注意的几个问题。
The implication and characteristics of enterprise strategic alliance are discussed, the essential conditions, reasons and major forms of constructing enterprise strategic alliance are analyzed, the influence of constructing strategic alliance of papermaking enterprise on China＇ s papermaking industry is pointed out and questions worthy of note in constructing enterprise strategic alliance are put forward.
