山东南四湖浮游动植物的调查研究 被引量:7

摘要 2002年5月中旬对山东南四湖湖中的浮游动、植物种类及数量变化进行了调查研究。采用浅水浮游生物网自水底至水表面采集浮游动、植物,样品经固定后称重、计数及初步分类。在10个站点的采样中,所检测的浮游植物结果表明,2#,4#,5#位点的数量较多,其中5#位点最多,达到1 293×104个/mL,在检出的36种浮游植物中,优势种占6种,分别为Cymbella pusilla,Merismopdia glauca,Oscillatoria tenuis,Pinnularia no-bilis,Tetraedron hastatum,Volvox globator。其中Merismopdia glauca最多。浮游动物检测结果表明,5#位点的量最多,为497个/m3,在所检出的28种浮游动物中,优势种占3种,为Acartia pacifica,Oithona similis,Paracalanus parvus。其中以Paracala-nus parvus数量最多。本结果为深入研究南四湖浮游生物种类、数量的变化与水环境关系提供了理论依据。 Field investigations on phytoplankton and zooplankton abundance, dominant species were carried out during the middle May, 2002 in the Nansi Lakes, Shandong province. Among the ten selected sites for the samples collection and detection, it was shown that high abundance and amount of species existed in the sites 2^# , 4^# and 5^# , highest in site 5^# at 1 293 × 10^4 unit/mL, besides there are six dominant species in the 36 species verified, which were Cymbella pusilla, Merismopdia glauca, Oscillatoria tenuis, Pinnularia nobilis, Tetraedron hastatum, Volvox globator respectively, and Merismopdia glauca was the highest. Detection on zooplankton indicated that high amount of abundance with 497 unit/m^3 existed in site 5^# ; among the total 28 species detected, there were 3 dominant species, which were Acartia pacifica, Oithona similes, Paracalanus parvus respectively, and Paracalanus parvus reached the highest. Generally, the biodiversities of the phytoplankton and zooplankton in the lakes have been decreased, but still showed a large regional difference in abundance, the decreases of phytoplankton and zooplankton abundance were closely related to the drought during the seasons and serious exploration of fresh water resources.
