摘要
我国科技自主创新体系的构建涉及两个焦点问题:创新主体的确立和创新成果的转化,目前,多数企业还不能依靠自身力量进行技术创新,如果企业能将其技术中心建到高校,充分利用高校的优势资源,既能解决企业在自主创新中所面临的问题,又能从根本上打破高校科技成果转化面临的瓶颈问题,促进科技成果转化。
There are two main problems in the construction of the technological innovation in China： the establishment of innovation subject and the application of the innovation achievement. The predicament in technological innovation of enterprises can be solved if the enterprises set up their technological research centers in institutions of higher education, since most of them are not able to have the innovation. And meanwhile, the problems in the application of technological achievements can be settled.
