摘要
文章阐述了目前学术道德失范的种种表现,认为学术道德失范主要是由于经济利益的驱使、学术研究中的“官本位”、学术评价机制不完善、学术失范的低成本、基本学术规范缺失及学术道德失律等原因造成的,提出应从以德治学,建立完善的学术评价机制和监督惩戒机制以及学术本位的管理体制等方面整饬学术道德。
This paper expounds all kinds of abnormal phenomenon of academy morality. It deems economic benefit, imperfect of academic evaluation system, absence of academic regulations and academic morality as the main reasons of the phenomenon. It suggests ruling academy with morality and constructing perfect academic evaluation system and supervising mechanism.
