枳实对急性冠脉综合征病人血管内皮功能及血小板活化的影响 被引量:5

Effect of Fructus Aurantii Immaturus on Endothelial Function and the Platelet Activation in Patients with Acute Coronary Syndrome

摘要 目的探讨枳实对急性冠脉综合征(ACS)病人血小板活化及血管内皮功能的影响。方法67例急性冠脉综合征病人随机分成枳实组(n=34)、常规组(n=33)。所有病人分别于入院时及用药3周后取血行血小板胞质内α-颗粒膜糖蛋白(CD62p)、血清一氧化氮(NO)、血浆内皮素-1(ET-1)测定。另选本院同期健康体检者30名作为正常组,要求采血前两周内未服用任何药物。结果治疗后枳实组与常规组NO水平分别为(20.63±5.80)μmol/L、(16.25±5.14)μmol/L,显著低于正常组的(30.79±3.28)μmol/L(P<0.01),ET-1与CD62p水平分别为(49.56±13.07)pg/mL、(60.61±10.49)pg/mL与18.74%±8.68%、18.98%±4.58%,明显高于正常组的(33.98±7.41)pg/mL、11.85%±2.67%(P<0.01)。治疗3周后两病例组血清NO水平显著升高、血浆ET-1水平明显降低,枳实组效果显著优于常规组(P<0.01),但两组的NO、ET-1水平与正常组仍有统计学意义(P<0.01);CD62p两组治疗后较治疗前均明显降低(P<0.01),治疗后两组无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论枳实能够改善急性冠脉综合征病人内皮功能,而对血小板活化无明显影响。 Objective To evaluate effect of fructus aurantii immaturus on endothelial function and the platelet activation in patients (pts) with acute coronary syndromes (ACS). Methods Sixty-seven pts with ACS were randomly divided into routine therapy group (n = 3 3 ) and fructus aurantii immaturus treatment group ( n = 3 4 ) . The platelet activation factor CD 6 2 p, Serum NO and plasma ET-1 were measured before treatment and three weeks later after treatment respectively. In addition, 30 healthy subjects were .selected as a control group. Results The level of NO was lower , ET 1 and CD62p content were higher in pts with ACS compared with that in the normal group(P〈 0,01). The serum levels of NO increased obviously and the plasma levels of ET- 1 decreased in both groups after treatment(P〈 0.01). There was a significant difference of CD62p in both groups before and after treatment. But there was no significant differences between the both groups after treatment(P〈 0.01), Conclusion Fructus aurantii immaturus could improve the endothelial function in pts with ACS, but there was no significant effect on platelet activation.
