摘要
目的:建立山楂属植物叶的HPLC指纹图谱,对该属植物中所含的化学成分进行综合评价,并为该属植物叶鉴定提供依据。方法:对10个产地山楂叶进行分析,以绿原酸为内参照物,检测它们所含牡荆素,金丝桃苷,牡荆素鼠李糖苷,芦丁,鼠李糖芦丁,槲皮素,葡萄糖牡荆素的含量。结果:不同种山楂叶均显示了它们各自的指纹特征。结论:HPLC指纹谱可以用来鉴别山楂属的不同种植物叶,该属植物种间的化学成分差别较大,而且主要特征性成分的含量也存在明显差异。
AIM: To establish HPLC fingerprint chromatogram of leaves of Hawthorn and to evaluate the con- stituents and to provide the basis for identification. METHODS: Leaves of Hawthorn come from 10 production places were analysed to gain its contents, such as Vitexin, Hyperoside, 2"-O-Rhamnosylvitexin, Rutin, 4"-O-Rham- nosylrutin, Chlorogenic acid, Quercetin 3-O-13-glucoside ,4"-O-Glucosylvitexiu, and internal reference selected Chlorogenic acid. RESULTS: The different leaves of Hawthorn showed different HPLC chromatogram. CONCLUSION: HPLC chromatogram can be used to distinguish the leaves of different species of Hawthorn and the content of the main characteristic components are various as production places vary.
