摘要
犬瘟热病毒基因组长约16kb,包括6个非重叠基因区,按3′-5′端顺序依次为前导序列、N-P- M-F-H-L以及引导序列,分别编码核衣壳蛋白、磷蛋白、基质膜蛋白、融合蛋白、附着或血凝蛋白和大蛋白6种结构蛋白。文章对犬瘟热病毒基因组和结构蛋白的结构和功能进行了综述,并对犬瘟热病毒基因工程疫苗和分子生物学诊断方法做了概述,同时论述了犬瘟热病毒与人Paget畸形骨炎的关系。
Genome of canine distemper virus(CDV) is approximately 16 kb. The genome contains six non-overlapping gene regions, organizes as 3′-N-P-M-F-H-L-5′, respectively codes six structural proteins:Nucleoeapsid protein, Phosphoprotein, Matrix protein, Fusion protein, Attachment protein or Hemagglutinin protein and the large virus specific RNA directed RNA polymerase protein. In this paper,the structure and function of CDV genomes and structural proteins, and progress on the genetically engineering vaccine of CDV and molecular-biological diagnosis method were summarized in detail. Meanwhile the relationship between CDV and Paget disease of bone(PD)occurred in human was discussed.
