Recent Progresses of Shellfish′s Immunology

摘要 综述了贝类免疫在细胞学和分子生物学研究方面取得的新进展,阐述了贝类血细胞中与免疫有关的结构和功能、血细胞的培养和凋亡;分别介绍了抗菌肽、蛋白酶抑制剂、类免疫球蛋白等贝类免疫应答因子的作用;论述了与免疫功能有关的基因研究,包括免疫基因的筛选、克隆和表达、基因的转移、重组和基因疫苗;初步探讨了贝类的免疫应答和免疫调节的分子生物学机理.为贝类的免疫生物学基础理论的研究提供资料. New progresses of cytology and molecular biology about shellfish immunology were focused in this paper. Cell structures related about immunity, culture and apoptosis of shellfish's hemocytes were discussed. Function of immune response factors, such as antimicrobial peptides, protease inhibitors, immunoglobulins like proteins, was also probed into. Screening, cloning, expression,transfer and recombination of immune genes and gene vaccines were expatiated as well. Molecular biology mechanism of immune response and immune regulation was also summarized. This review might be helpful to basic theories about immune biology in seashells.
