摘要
青少年足球教练员是决定足球后备人才实力的关键因素。目前,中日足球的差距越来越大。日本足球的崛起与它的青少年教练员密不可分。通过比较、研究两国的青少年教练员的培养方式,总结日本培养方式的优点,就未来中国青少年足球教练员的培养提出建议,为加快提高中国的青少年足球教练员的执教水平,提升中国足球运动的整体实力,提供一些有益的参考。
The youth soccer trainer is the key aspect of the soccer reserve talented person strength. At present , the gap between Chinese and Japanese soccer is larger. Japanese soccer rising is inseparable with its youth trainer. Through the study of comparison both countries youth coach＇ s cultivate way, this article attempts to summarize the merit of Japanese foater way, put forward the proposal of our country youth soccer coach＇ s cultivation mode, and provide some beneficial references for enhancing the level of youth soccer trainer of our country speedily, and promoting soccer movement of our country.
