摘要
约束可调式单轴温度-应力试验机作为一种研究混凝土早期的水化特性、应力发展、变形模量以及徐变等特性的设备。根据该试验机的主要功能及主要技术指标要求设计其控制系统,它由荷载控制子系统和温度湿度控制子系统两部分组成。荷载控制子系统完成对混凝土试件形变量和应力的测量,并控制混凝土试件。温度湿度控制子系统测量混凝土试件内部温度,并控制混凝土试件周围的温度和湿度。设计的约束可调式单轴温度-应力试验机控制系统采用LabView8.0平台开发软件。经运行验证,控制系统完全能满足试验机的主要技术指标要求,并实现其主要功能。
The early hydrating characteristics, stress development, the deformation modulus and creep of concrete were investigated using the uniaxial restrained and adjusted temperature-stress testing machine. In this paper, the control system of this testing machine was developed according to the main function and technical specification of the machine, which was composed by the load control subsystem and the temperature and humidity control subsystem. The shape variable and the stress survey of the concrete sample were measured and the concrete sample was controlled by using the load control subsystem. The interior temperature of the concrete sample was measured and the temperature and humidity of concrete sample around were controlled by the temperature and humidity control subsystem. The control system advanced in this paper was applied successfully to experiment yet, in which software was programmed by the LabView8.0 development platform so that the testing machine run normally. Through operating proving, the main technical specification of the testing machine was satisfied and its main function was realized after the control system.
