环境胁迫对河蚬溶菌酶和超氧化物歧化酶活性的影响 被引量:8

摘要 在实验室条件下测定了温度、溶氧、放养密度胁迫对河蚬溶菌酶(LSZ)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性的影响。结果显示,36℃组的河蚬成活率明显低于其他4个温度组(13、20、25、30℃)(P<0.01);溶氧和拥挤胁迫组的河蚬均随着胁迫时间的增长而成活率不断降低,以低氧组和高密度组的降幅最大(P<0.01)。河蚬LSZ和SOD活性随着温度的升高而上升,但变化幅度不大;溶氧对LSZ和SOD活性的影响都是先升后降,在第7 d时,富氧组的LSZ活性最高,此时,对照组的LSZ活性最低而低氧组的SOD活性最高,之后,低氧组的SOD活性大幅度下降(P<0.01),到第21 d时达到最低,对照组的LSZ和SOD活性均变幅不大;受密度胁迫的河蚬,LSZ和SOD活性在试验7 d内均有上升现象,高密度组自第7 d达到峰值后即大幅下降,到第21 d已显著低于同期另外两组(P<0.01),中、低密度组也有降低,但降幅较小。结果表明,经过环境胁迫后,河蚬LSZ和SOD水平均发生了变化,短期内,两者成正相关,而长期胁迫则表现为负相关关系。 Under laboratory condition, We determine the Lysozyme (LSZ) and Superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity in different stress of temperature, dissolved oxygen and density. The results indicated that survival rate of Corbiculafluminea-(Mailer) in 36℃ group was significantly lower than that of the other 4 groups( 13,20,25, 30℃ ) (P 〈 0. 01 ) ; with the increasing of stress time,survival rate of Corbiculafluminea -(Mailer) in dissolved oxygen and density stress group decreased gradually, the decreasing rate was the highest in the low dissolved oxygen group and high density group. The LSZ activity enhanced with the temperature rising, and the similar trend can be found in the SOD activity. The effect of dissolved oxygen on LSZ and SOD activity raised at first and then decreased. The highest activity of LSZ of high dissolved oxygen group occurred'in the 7th day, the lowest point was in the control group ,while the highest SOD activity was in the low dissolved oxygen group. After that, the SOD activity significantly decreased in the low dissolved oxygen group and the lowest point showed in the 21th day. However, the similar trend was not showed in the control group. There was an increasing trend during the first 7 days of the LSZ and SOD activity by density stress. It reached the peak in the 7th day then decreased rapidly, and significantly decreased in the 21th day compared with the other two groups. The similar trend was found in the middle density group and low dissolved oxygen group, but its decrease range was less than the former. The results of the study suggested that the LSZ and SOD activity level in Corbiculafluminea-(Mailer) are positive correlation in the short phrase of stress and negative correlation in the long time.
