摘要
研究了益母草水苏碱对湖北钉螺糖原和总蛋白的生理生化影响。结果显示,大于0.80 g.L-1益母草水苏碱能够显著降低钉螺体内的糖原含量,减少幅度为11.68%-76.16%;益母草水苏碱也能够在一定程度上降低钉螺体内的蛋白质含量(5.66%-13.69%),但减少量不及糖原显著;灭螺植物对钉螺的致死作用可能更多与钉螺组织细胞中的能量代谢有关。
The reaction of glycogen and total protein of snails to the L. artimisia stachydrine was studied. The results showed that L. artimisia staehydrine( 〉 0. 80 g·L^-1) eould deerease glyeogen eontent of O. hupensis greatly (from 11.68% to 76. 16% ) ;it eould also deerease protein eontent of O. hupensis (from 5.66% to 13.69% ) ,but not signifieant as to glyeogen, whieh means that energy metabolism abnormity is the major reason for the molluseieidal aetivities of molluseieidal plants.
