Recent Development and Applications of Chemiluminescence Analysis

摘要 对近年来化学发光分析技术应用新进展进行了评述.主要包括鲁米诺、过氧化草酸酯类、钌(Ⅱ)联吡啶配合物和高锰酸钾等化学发光体系在无机物分析、药物分析、氨基酸分析和免疫分析等方面的应用.引用文献63篇. The recent progress and applications of chemiluminescence analysis were reviewed with 63 references.The different chemiluminescence systems, including luminol, peroxyoxalates, potassium permanganate and other chemiluminescent reagents, as well as their applications in inorganics analysis, pharmaceutical analysis, amino acid analysis and immunoassay etc. ,were discussed.
