摘要
目的分析老年原发性高血压病患者脉压差与发生缺血性卒中的关系。方法回顾性分析60～75岁高血压病患者612例,分析脉压与发生缺血性卒中及类型的相关性。结果老年高血压病组与高血压病合并缺血性卒中组的脉压大小差异有统计学意义。结论老年高血压病患者脉压大小与是否发生缺血性卒中相关。
Objective To determine the relationship between pulse pressure and incidence of stroke in hypertension patient, Methods 612 patients aged（60-75） years with essential hypertension were analyzed, incidence of stroke in hypertension patients were 332, Parameters of blood pressure were analyzed in all patients in order to study relationship between pulse pressure and incidence of stroke in older hypertension patients. Results There was significant difference between patients with stroke and patients with simple hypertension on pulse pressure （P〈0.05）. Conclusion In elder patient with hypertension, pulse pressure may be positive risk factor for stroke in patient with essential hypertension.
