摘要
目的研究六味地黄口服液辅助治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法选择125例2型糖尿病患者,随机分为治疗组(n=63)和对照组(n=62),对照组服用达美康、卡博平(阿卡波糖片),治疗组在对照组用药基础上加服六味地黄口服液,疗程3个月。结果治疗组显效40例,有效17例,总有效率90%;对照组显效26例,有效20例,总有效率74%,2组总有效率比较有显著性差异(2=5.71,P<0.05)。结论六味地黄口服液辅助治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效良好,无不良反应,值得在临床推广应用。
Obieetive It is to study the clinical curative effect of type 2 diabetes treated with Liuwei Dihuang peros liquid assistantly. Methods 125 patients with type 2 diabetes were chosen and randomly divided into two groups. 62 cases in control group were treated with Diamicron and Kaboping. 63 cases in treatment group were treated with Liuwei Dihuang peros liquid assistantly based on the medication of control group. The courses of treatment in the two groups were both three months. Results In treatment group, 40 cases were excellence, 17 cases were effective and the total effective rate was 90 %. In control group, 26 cases were excellence, 20 cases were effective and the total effective rate was 74 %. There was significant difference on the total effective rate between the two groups （X^2 = 5.71, P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The clinical curative effect of type 2 diabetes treated with Liuwei Dihuang peros liquid assistantly is good and no untoward reaction. Liuwei Dihuang peros liquid is worth generalization application on clinic.
