摘要
某电厂1号引进型300 MW机组在试运时,3、4、6号轴承振动(瓦振动)过大。在完成168 h试运行后,利用小修消缺的机会,对机组振动原因进行诊断,认为振动是激振力过大所致。通过调整轴系平衡,使机组3 000 r/min和满负荷下各瓦轴振动、瓦振动达到了满意的水平。
An imported type 300 MW unit no. 1 in one power plant had excessive vibration (bearing shoe vibration) of bearing no. 3. no. 4, and no. 6 in trial operation of the newly installed unit. After completion of 168 h trial operation, taking the opportunity of temporary repair for eliminating defects, diagnosis of causes for vibration troubles of said unit has been carried out. Through adjustment of shaft balancing, the shaft vibration and bearing shoe vibration of each bearing shoe under 3000 r/min and full load have all reached a satisfactory level.
