车载柔性储液结构动态仿真方法 被引量:2

摘要 车载柔性储液结构与结构内液体的作用为典型的流体-结构耦合问题.采用显式动力软件LS-DYNA,首先通过控制体积法与ALE有限元法相结合的方法间接得到了柔性储液结构的初始状态,然后,采用ALE有限元法实现了大型车载柔性储液结构三维动态仿真,研究其在制动工况下的动力行为.通过与试验结果相比较,证实该仿真方法的可行性,为该类车载柔性储液结构的设计与整车性能的改进提供了参考依据. The effect of large-scale vehicle flexible fluid-filled structure and contained fluid is a typical problem about fluid-structure interaction. First, the initial state of fluid-filled flexible structure is obtained indirectly through incorporating control volume method and ALE method. Then, the three-dimensional simulation of large-scale flexible structure is completed based on ALE method and the dynamic behavior of this structure in braking is analyzed. Through comparing the experimental data with the simulation results, the feasibility of this simulation method is proved, which provides reference for the design of flexible structure and the improvement of vehicle performance.
